Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Milldown isn't right for you, send us your order number through the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How it works

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
• The free 7-day trial exists so you can evaluate Milldown fully before paying — but a purchase inside the trial window doesn't shorten your refund rights.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway. We can't promise a refund, but if something is genuinely broken for you, we'd rather fix it or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.
