Milldown is an independent software product, developed and operated as a sole proprietorship in Switzerland.

Sales and payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record under Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the seller of record for the payment transaction and handles checkout, receipts, applicable VAT/sales tax, and payment disputes under its own terms; your contract for the payment is with Stripe, and its name appears on your statement and receipt. Licence delivery, product support, and the operation of milldown.app are the responsibility of Milldown.
